With more than 13 years of experience in the rail vehicle sector, IB-CM was founded in March 2014.

The specialization with respect to the numerical simulation of suspension elements made of elastomeric materials gives us a unique position in Austria - also in the field of damage analysis.

Through our extensive knowledge of the market and products, and above all our well-developed network within the railway industry, we can work very quickly and efficiently.

Other focal points of our company are the concept and design development and the structural calculation and stress analysis of railway vehicle components made of metallic materials.

"State of the Art" - IB-CM has programmed a special routine for calculating the life of elastomeric materials.

The challenge, starting with defining the right material parameters and the FE-calculation itself, up to the use of appropriate service life data of the material, has been successfully mastered. All this could be further improved in recent years with the appropriate training and have been successfully applied a number of times. We develop the optimal design for your application and assist you in the implementation up to the procurement of prototypes.

Especially for suspension elements, we provide consulting for a variety of areas, such as failure analysis, service life test and assurance, slump test, residual service life extension etc.
